Overview
Dey̼biw Se was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1536, by Trënhesí Nanner. The establishment of Dey̼biw Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Dey̼biw Se's construction back out of the project. Trënhesí Nanner pushed on reguardles, and Dey̼biw Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Dey̼biw Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dey̼biw Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Dey̼biw Se is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive baked earthen streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The minimaly adiquite have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Dey̼biw Se gives the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Dey̼biw Se brings to mind.

Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Dey̼biw Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is recurring in Dey̼biw Se.
The Horsefly, Giant near Dey̼biw Se are known to be quite timid.
Dey̼biw Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves drinking to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.
